Our prenatal yoga workshop will be held on February 10th, from 12:00-1:45PM.
- Get relief from common pregnancy discomforts.
- Connect with other pregnant moms and learn some great “tips and tricks” for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postnatal care.
- Learn and practice breathing techniques and yoga poses that can be beneficial during labor.
- The workshop will focus on a practice that is safe for all stages of pregnancy and will help build strength, stamina and stability.
- Please bring a fit/physio/exercise ball if you have one!
