Kimball Cicciu

Kimball has an extensive background in providing Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, massage, and holistic wellness coaching. She also is enthusiastic about her work as an educator of yoga, meditation, health, and fitness. Her vast teaching experience includes college courses at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Red Rocks Community College. The Zen tradition has informed much of Kimball's approach to life and work. She took her Zen ordination vows in 2010.
Kimball has a special interest in treating women’s health and sports injuries with the use of Chinese Medicine. However, she can confidently treat any condition effectively. Her ultimate goal is to help as many people as possible not only stay free of disease, but maintain a high level of physical wellness, significant energy and mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Shanti Pitschka
Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Health Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, ERYT500
Shanti began her yoga journey at the age of 16 after dealing with pain caused by scoliosis. She started practicing yoga and took as many classes as she could, enjoying the different styles of classes and the studies of Vedic knowledge. Inspired by Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, she began her formal studies at the Ayurveda Institute in 1998 in the Ayurvedic Counseling program. In 2011, while living in Nederland, Colorado, she discovered ShambhavAnanda Yoga and earned her ERYT500 hour Hatha yoga and meditation teacher certifications. In 2018, she became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, yet her passion for the Vedic arts persisted. In June 2019, she graduated as an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner from the New World Ayurveda School.
With a deep love for teaching and sharing this ancient wisdom, Shanti instructs Ayurveda in the Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Program at New World Ayurveda, as well as Introduction to Ayurveda at Red Rocks Community College. Shanti’s practice is at the PranaTonic Yoga + Wellness Center in Golden, Colorado where she enjoys guiding women through various life transitions offering a distinctive six-month Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counseling program, individual consultations, and Ayurvedic treatments such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga Oil Massage, Marma Point Therapy, and Herbal Scrubs. She conducts Ayurvedic seasonal workshops in a series called “Living an Ayurvedic Lifestyle with the Rhythms of Nature,” which include Spring and Fall Gentle Cleanses, Ayurvedic teachings, along with a focus on Women's Health. Shanti also teaches meditation, Hatha Yoga and Aerial Yoga classes throughout the week.
Mickey Myers
Mickey is an E-RYT-200 certified Yoga teacher and YACEP continuing education provider who has been practicing Yoga for over a decade, and teaching for eight years. She became fascinated by the healing power of Yoga while living in India, and deepened her practice while living and training at various retreat centers, farms, and communities throughout Asia, Hawaii, and Colorado. She is also a whitewater raft guide and an eco-therapist who believes that human resilience and nature resilience happen in reciprocity. Her classes will reconnect you with your body, your eco-community, and your deep wildness. All bodies are welcome.
Greg Cicciu
Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc.), Lifestyle Coach
Greg began studying Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the early 1990s. The first school attended was a Five Element School and the second school was a Traditional Chinese Medicine school. The two schools empowered Greg with a variety of acupuncture and tui-na (Chinese massage) techniques in addition to a strong comprehension of Chinese herbal formulas. In 2011 Greg published his first Chinese pulse diagnostic book , The Pulse Atlas. It is an illustrative guide to Chinese pulse diagnosis formatted to make it easier for students and practitioners of different learning styles to better comprehend the pulses whether you are a Visual, Audio or Kin-esthetic learner. In addition to treating clients his passion for teaching has brought him around the world teaching seminars on Auricular therapy, Tui-Na and Pulse Diagnosis for more than two decades. More recent additions to his education and healing toolbox are Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Coaching/Change Coaching. His successes with these tools include helping people with smoking cessation, relieving PTSD, stress reduction, alleviating and manage anxiety to name a few!
Scott Pridgen
Massage Therapist, Musician
Scott believes the human body, mind, and soul is a beautiful and amazing thing. He is fascinated with how the human body functions, moves, and what we are capable of. This passion is what has gotten him into learning and practicing many modalities of massage as well as yoga, sound healing, music/Kirtan, rock climbing, dance, and the ways we move in every day life. His original training was in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage which has led him to dive further into learning other types of massage. He studied Thai Massage extensively in Thailand and all over the US and have taught Thai Massage at Naropa University as well as places all over the country. Through his study of yoga, he was led to the study of Ayurveda, which is at the roots of Thai Massage, leading to traveling and studying yoga, Ayurveda, Kirtan, sound healing and other forms of massage in India, Thailand, and in the US. Scott has been passionate about sound and music for most of his adult life and has been a professional percussionist for many years, playing in and toured the country with bands ranging from Kirtan to dub reggae, then began diving into the healing arts with massage therapy, sound healing, and teaching yoga. Through his studies and experience he brings these wonderful healing practices to as many people as possible.
