She is offering 4 weeks of Belly Dancing for all levels.

Sign up for all 4 weeks for $90 or drop-in for $25. Come as often as you can.

The goals? Enjoy moving your body. Learn the basic building blocks that make up the belly dance vocabulary. Improve your daily life. Move, breathe, tap into this timeless, global art form, and smile!

All ability levels, shapes and sizes are welcomed and encouraged! This time-honored dance style isn’t just a beautiful path for fitness. Belly dancing enhances self-expression and self-confidence. Through dancing, we can learn to love and appreciate our bodies exactly as they are, while becoming stronger and more flexible at the same time.
