This class will be leading up to our upcoming Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop that will be starting in September. Together we will seek to ease into the body, mind, and spirit through breath work, mindfulness exercises, and yoga. We will discuss some of the basic intentions of a consistent yoga practice and how it relates to mindfulness meditation. This session will scratch the surface of what MBSR has to offer. If you are curious to deepen your understanding of yoga, meditation, and MBSR then this class will be perfect for you.
