Everyone needs some relaxation on Friday night. Come join Kimball and Joyce at the Relaxation Lounge on Friday, September 1st at 7pm! (This class runs the first Friday of every month!)
This 45 minute class focuses on restorative yoga poses and mindful breathing. The class utilize bolsters to encourage your body to truly melt into the poses. You don’t have to be a yoga expert to benefit from the class. Everyone is welcome.
Come for Vinyasa 2 at 6pm with Kimball and stay for the Relaxation Lounge. Your body and mind will thank you afterwards.
