Stability Yoga is an all level class that offers physical stability, strength and energetic nourishment to create vitality and flexibility in the body, heart and mind.
Safely increase coordination and movement control by becoming aware of muscle imbalances and re-establish strong mind-muscle connections through mindful movement and body awareness. Breathing techniques, mantras and mudras are also taught with a meditative focus. Students will be guided in a deep relaxation.
