This class will aid in a full recovery and healthy behavior patterns. No experience is necessary. Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 pm. Yoga helps us shift our way of thinking and being from searching outside ourselves for fulfillment and peace to finding that within. Have fun, find joy in movement and community in a safe and supporting class. Everyone is welcome!
