This series will teach 3 elements of yoga: breathing, postures and mindfulness! We will explore these elements through games, songs, crafts and fun! Join me for some hip-hop lip syncing, sharks in the water, yoga ice skating, freeze dance yoga and more!
Each class also includes a mindfulness based social emotional learning lesson from the Empowering Education curriculum. This yoga series is fun and child-centered.
Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and play!
