Beginning a new school year can often leave us feeling nervous, scared, and anxious, especially for those transitioning to a new school or higher plane of learning. Join Allegra Wermuth for a weekend of classes devoted to Movement and Meditation for girls and boys entering middle school, through incoming college freshmen (ages 11-19). She will offer breathing and relaxation techniques as well as a physical yoga practice in a open hearted supportive environment. Her greatest wish is for you to leave the class(es) with tools to help ease the stresses of school, and perhaps make a few new friends along the way.

Join Allegra on Saturday August 17 and/or Sunday August 18, 12:15-1:30. Bring a friend, bring a journal, wear clothes you can move around in, and most importantly, bring an open heart.
