Ideal Fetal Position and Prenatal Yoga Workshop Saturday June 15th

The workshop will have an asana practice that is safe for all stages of pregnancy and will include poses that help in creating an optimal birthing position.   • Dawn Harris (, a DONA trained doula, has been supporting parents during their childbirth journey for over 20 years. Her passion is to help women and their partners prepare physically and emotionally for labor/birth.
  • Katie Todd, a certified Hatha and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, started teaching shortly after the birth of her first child in 2006. Katie’s goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment, where students can safely practice yoga at any stage of pregnancy.
