The fetal position of a baby affects the labor and its duration.  Join prenatal yoga instructor, Katie Todd, and doula, Dawn Harris to learn how  the importance of body movement in the third trimester can create an “Ideal Fetal Alignment.”  This workshop also looks at the benefits of yoga practice during pregnancy.  This workshop is a great opportunity to connect with other pregnant moms and learn some great “tips and tricks” for pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal care.

Please bring an exercise ball. If you don’t have one, we highly recommend getting one as they are a great tool to use during pregnancy and labor.
