  • Dawn Harris (www.hilbredoula.com), a DONA trained doula, has been supporting parents during their childbirth journey for over 20 years. Her passion is to help women and their partners prepare physically and emotionally for labor/birth.
  • Katie Todd, a certified Hatha and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, started teaching shortly after the birth of her first child in 2006. Katie’s goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment, where students can safely practice yoga at any stage of pregnancy.
