Weekly for 6 weeks, Thursdays 9:00-10:00 am with
Attend some or all of this six weeks Beginner’s Yoga Series. If you are brand new to yoga or if you want to deepen your understanding of yoga poses and philosophies, do join.
In our friendly, inclusive classes, we will explore the foundations of the poses, how to do them well, how to be safe, how to modify based on your individual needs, and how to use props.
We will also dive into basic yoga philosophy including Mudras, Mantras, Chakras, Bandhas, and more.
