Not only are we offering $7 Tai Chi classes on Saturdays from 1-2PM, but we are also holding the classes on Fridays from 3:30-4:30PM beginning July 14th at our Yoga Studio location. Tai Chi is seen as a sort of moving form of yoga and meditation combined, with elements of martial arts. The class will focus mainly on Yang Style Tai chi. We will also dabble in Sun Style Tai chi. The atmosphere will be interactive and welcoming of all skill levels.
