In this workshop we will explore the relationship between movement and writing.
Journaling is more than just jotting down thoughts- just like yoga isn’t simply movement. Combining journaling and a yoga practice is a great outlet to process emotion and bring a better connection to self.
The relationship between hand to brain improves mental clarity and improves focus.
Yogis will explore writing with some writing prompts and spend some time practicing yoga postures that
“unblock” the writing flow.
