This workshop is a great opportunity to connect with other pregnant moms and learn some great “tips and tricks” for pregnancy, child birth, and postnatal care.
- Learn how movement in the third trimester helps to create an “Optimal Fetal Position”
- Look at the benefits of yoga during pregnancy and postures to aid common discomforts
- Participate in an asana practice that is safe for all stages of pregnancy and will include poses that help in creating an optimal birthing position
- Learn breathing techniques and yoga poses that can be beneficial during labor
- Birthing partners are welcome to join!
