  • Learn how movement in the third trimester helps to create an “Optimal Fetal Position”
  • Look at the benefits of yoga during pregnancy and postures to aid common discomforts
  • Participate in an asana practice that is safe for all stages of pregnancy and will include poses that help in creating an optimal birthing position
  • Learn breathing techniques and yoga poses that can be beneficial during labor
  • Birthing partners are welcome to join!
