Tui- Na (twee-nah) is a Chinese massage therapy. It makes use of many different strokes that are applied to acupoints, channels (or meridians – the “energetic highways” of the body according to Traditional Chinese Medicine), and muscle groups. Tui-Na massage can:

Thai Massage
Done on the floor or a firm mat, a practitioner uses their entire body, including hands, elbows, feet, and knees to stand, kneel, or walk on the recipient and create deep pressure.

Ahbyanga Warm Oil Massage
Abhyanga is a full-body ayurvedic massage that uses warm oil to promote overall health and well-being.

It involves massaging oils onto the body from the head to the toes with an herb-infused oil specifically chosen to help balance the doshas, or energies, in your body.

The oil works down into the cellular level and pulls the toxins out of the system to purify and refresh the body.

Add on an additional treatment such as marma point therapy, udvartana herbal body scrub or shirodhara.
